Job SummaryActiveProspect is looking for a Product Marketing Manager ready to make a significant impact. We want to hear from you if you're analytical, driven, and skilled at turning complex information into compelling narratives. To thrive in this position, you'll need to think big, set ambitious goals, and deliver top-notch results daily. Your mission will be to become an expert in ActiveProspect's suite of products and the clients who rely on them. You'll collaborate closely with Product Management and the marketing team to craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and case studies that effectively communicate our products' value to the market. Join the ActiveProspect team and play a pivotal role in conveying the value of our products to the world.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Data. Take ownership of collecting crucial market and customer data. This will be a key component in boosting awareness and market share while influencing the product team to maximize the value offered by our products.
- Synthesize Information. Transform data from various sources, such as market insights, prospect feedback, win/loss interviews, and insights from industry experts, and analysts, into actionable insights.
- Product Content. Lead the charge in shaping our product marketing content strategy and execution. This includes developing detailed personas, refining raw positioning and messaging into compelling value propositions that resonate with our target audience, and creating effective go-to-market plans.
- Sales & Marketing Enablement. Equip our marketing and sales teams with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to meet and beat their booking expectations.
- Market Intelligence. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping a pulse on broader market trends, understanding our target audience inside out, and remaining vigilant about our competitors' moves. You'll serve as a vital feedback loop, connecting with the product managers and leadership team.
- Content Writing. Create a wide range of content that will be leveraged by our marketing team. This includes crafting engaging whitepapers, blogs, presentations, webinars, and videos.
Qualifications And Skills
- 5+ years experience in product marketing or business analytics in a SaaS environment
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly; become an expert with our products and the supporting technology over time
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to drive cross-department alignment with account management, marketing, and product management teams.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail; must be able to think creatively about issues to find a resolution
- Detail-oriented and self-sufficient, able to find creative solutions and build something from scratch
- Positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed client expectations at every opportunity
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
